Journal - Diary Bro' is in town 24th Sep 2003
My brother has paid a visit so in the interests of being deemed sociable I am spending a tad less time on the PC. The few ongoing projects will thus be delayed. Those people waiting with baited breath for the release of the first version of the DataGraphs suite can un-bait their breath for a while and maybe go out and do something useful. I have a base class for running the DataGraphs from which (if I do say so myself) has quite a nifty setter/getter routine. Most mornings when I wake I can hear that little class saying 'Mark, finish me today'. For a while though, I'm having to ignore that little voice (along with the other ones that we don't talk about) and do some coding elsewhere. Quite an interesting project if you must know and possibly involving payment so therefore taking precedence. my favourite host 3rd Aug 2003
Yup - JaguarPC have once again proved their worth by applying a snapshot upgrade on a Sunday afternoon. The ImageCopyMerge glitch is reported in the php buglist and indicts using a snapshot patch to upgrade to a newer cvs. Suffice to say, JaguarPC excelled themselves by listening to my pestering (on a Sunday to boot) and compiling the upgrade. if(isset($beer)) $coding = Null; 30th Jul 2003
As mentioned below, I got most of the way through composing an algorythm for a doughnut style pie chart. Then beer made my aquaintance... Progression of function delayed until tomorrow. google + 'image manipulation class' 17th Jul 2003
Easy question for you - guess where it leads you if you type 'image manipulation class' into google? Admittedly it is via a short stop-over at resourceindex, gets you there (here) eventually though. |
