Journal - Diary back to work again 15th Jul 2003
Have been slacking a bit recently, what with the nice weather and a preference for sitting in the garden rather than inside. Anyway, even though it is still beautifully sunny outside, I have decided to try to get a few things done around here today. Am finishing off my CV and a portfolio page before commencing with the long list of to-do items. back home now 10th Jul 2003
Well, actually got back yesterday and was too tired to post so sat around relaxing. Norwich was quite fun as we familiarized ourselves with a fair number of the beer serving establishments. Might have to add a paypal donate link to this site to help my bank account recover though. off to sunny norfolk 4th Jul 2003
Am scampering over to the land of the carrot crunchers sometime tomorrow and don't expect to be back before Tuesday at the earliest. The really scary part is, the place I'm staying doesn't even have internet connection, so I might get withdrawal symptoms and return on Monday, or even Sunday - hehe. If you are one of the hackers planning an attack for this Sunday, short of targetting elsewhere, would you kindly download everything and then re-upload on Monday (would save me having to do it on Tuesday/Wednesday), thank you. slightly drunk afternoon 28th Jun 2003
Found myself in town at noon yesterday, so snuck into the Coachmakers for a swift lager. Sat in the garden scribbling a few coding notes on scraps of paper before wandering back to the bar. As Holly was serving I decided to stop for another, which inevitably led to another and another. Staggered home at some stage and woke up about 11pm with a hangover, so pretty much forced myself back to sleep. Hence very little actual scripting was achieved yesterday, which means having to do it now (saturday morning) |
