At some point in the near future I will configure a micro-banner writeIn for under the left menu. Just check the page length, deduce how many banners can fit and a javascript loop for writing a few random ones in to fill the space.
Once that is done, I'll whip up a quick 'submit a banner' upload form and allow people to apply for affiliation. Yet another thing on the todo list.
